Signet Health collects and inputs client program data daily into three primary HIPAA compliant on-line databases:

  • Marketing Contacts
  • Referral Sources
  • Patient Information

Each client's referral and patient databases are linked.  This detailed, secure program information is available real-time (by password) anytime, from anywhere to pre-approved personnel of each Signet hospital client. There are many ways to view the data in each database. Signet also provides monthly professional reports to designated hospital leadership that summarizes the collected data and details the accomplishments and challenges of each program.

In addition, Signet will provide automatic (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) reports via email to client designated management which detail specific statistics or when trigger performance levels are reached. Signet will also create customized data reports to meet the specific needs/desires of client hospital management.
