NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX (January 13, 2026) – Signet Health is excited to kick off the new year by announcing the winners of the 2025 Signet Health Excellence in Advocacy Awards. These awards are open to all acute physical rehabilitation, behavioral health, and substance abuse programs within Signet Health, with submissions based on activities from the 2025 calendar year. The awards recognize outstanding achievements across six categories.
“Every day, our teams across the country advocate for patients, families and communities in powerful and meaningful ways,” said Joy Figarsky, President and CEO of Signet Health. “These award recipients exemplify what’s possible when compassion, innovation and accountability come together, and we are proud to recognize their exceptional impact. This was a highly competitive year with many outstanding nominations.”
Signet Health accepted online program nominations with 18 teams nominated. The following teams were selected as winners in each category:

Award Category Descriptions:
- Inpatient Program of the Year and Outpatient Program of the Year— This team has demonstrated excellence throughout the year and achieved exceptional overall program performance. They have exceeded in clinical excellence, customer service, marketing, contract retention, performance metrics and provided a positive financial impact to the hospital. These criteria were all met while living the mission to advocate for the vulnerable when they cannot advocate for themselves.
- Best Clinical Program —This program met expectations for quality metrics and is committed to increasing effective care delivery and improving clinical outcomes. This team has achieved this by the implementation of thoughtful solutions/strategies/best-practices to ensure quality patient care.
- Most Inspiring Acts of Advocacy — This team consistently puts our mission of advocacy into motion and champions the rights and needs of patients and their families. Their efforts have made remarkable impacts.
- Excellence in Referral Development/Marketing — This innovative team excels at referral development, marketing, census growth and/or expansion of services. They provide exceptional community outreach by attending local events, building relationships, supporting the community’s need for knowledge and creating program awareness.
- Excellence in Transformation — This award celebrates a program that has undergone significant, positive changes. This can include improvement in metrics, a fundamental shift in how it operates, delivers quality services, or engages people and innovation.
