Dardanelle Regional Medical Center, IOP/SUD, Dardanelle, AR named Outpatient Program of the Year.

This recognition reflects the dedication of Dusty Fronabarger, Director of Behavioral Health Services, and the Dardanelle team to expanding access to high quality, patient centered behavioral health care across the River Valley region.

Through October 2025, the program delivered more than 10,105 group therapy sessions and 448 individual therapy sessions, exceeded budget expectations, and achieved sustained census growth through expanded service capacity and strengthened referral partnerships. A significant achievement was the launch of the Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (SUD IOP), which addressed a critical community need and enhanced the local behavioral health continuum of care. The program’s multidisciplinary approach, strong case management, evidence-based treatment, and commitment to quality resulted in improved patient outcomes, reduced staff turnover, and a 4.75 Press Ganey employee engagement score, ranking in the 99th percentile nationally.
