Congratulations to Sade Rogers, Director of Behavioral Health Geri-Psych, South Campus, in Meridian, Mississippi, who was named this year’s Baptist Anderson Daisy Nurse Leader. Sade was recognized by our hospital partner for her compassion, strength, professionalism and unwavering dedication to both her patients and her team. As Angela Douglas, MSN, RN, Director of Patient Care Operations, shared, “Nursing Leaders work under tremendous pressure to provide a haven of safety for patients, family members and staff.” Sade exemplifies that leadership every day through her caring approach, willingness to support other units, and commitment to being accessible and responsive to her team.

Sade’s leadership has also produced measurable results. She helped her team transform its quality performance from 0% in February 2025 to an outstanding 100% in February 2026, resulting in a 90% fiscal year-to-date score. Well done, Sade’!
