Keri exemplifies Accountability, Dedication, Teamwork and Excellence through her unwavering
commitment to Chambers, her team and the
patients they serve. In addition to leading the
Behavioral Health program, Keri has consistently
stepped up to support the broader organization
whenever needed, including overseeing Home Health during a leadership transition and taking a lead role during a recent state survey. Under her leadership, a program that was once struggling has experienced significant growth, with average daily census increasing by 50%. Keri’s willingness to step beyond her role, take ownership and help wherever she is needed makes her an outstanding example of the impact of dedicated leadership in a rural community.

across Signet Health. James provided a webinar for use in Signet Academy, allowing us to offer nursing education credit to employees. His presentation, “Gas Station Drugs: In Plain Sight,” demonstrated his depth of knowledge and ability to make a complex national issue in the substance abuse field informative and engaging.
