Employee Recognition Program
Signet is excited to recognize employees who demonstrate the Signet Values each day. Two employees will be selected during each recognition period, resulting in a total of four award recipients annually. Awards will be presented in April and October each year.
Who Is Eligible
All Signet employees and hospital-based employees working within Signet programs are eligible to be nominated.
Who Can Nominate
Program staff wishing to nominate a colleague should submit their nomination to their Program Director following the outlined criteria. Program Directors will review all submissions and submit two finalists for consideration thru the online form.
Corporate employee nominations may be submitted directly through the website.
Please note: Nominations submitted by midnight on September 30 will be considered for the October awards. Nominations submitted from October 1-March 31st will be considered for April awards.
Award Criteria

To nominate an employee, select the Signet Value(s) that best reflect the nominee’s actions and impact. Then, provide an evidence-based paragraph describing specific examples of how the nominee demonstrates the selected value(s).
